I wish I went with a competitor.... Started off with red flags that i should have listened to, but got sucked in to the constant instagram posts. I now realise that they most likely monitor and remove negative comments. As for their FB groups, you have to get your posts approved so they also would not allow and negative posts there either.. Took over a month for me to be booked in with the dentist and then another 6 weeks or so after that to actually receive my aligners. Fast forward to when i needed refinements as they didn't come close to my end result, all I have done is wait and wait. it has been 7 months of waiting and being ignored by them. Constant molds and more molds but just waiting and waiting, i wore the same set for 10 weeks at some point! Don't waste your money here unless you only want half a job done.
