Absolutely disgusting company! My bitesoft aligners caused extensive damage to my healthy gums after a week of wear. I tried wearing the first tray and felt severe discomfort in my gums only to wake the next morning to notice my gums had been deeply cut by the aligners. The team suggested I file the aligner and try some wax which I did. 2 days later and the cuts, swelling and bleeding become far worse and then resulted in bad bruising on my gums!! The team advised me to stop using the aligner and asked me to move to tray 2. I tried and I couldn’t even get it into my mouth without wanting to cry due to the pain it caused rubbing on the parts of my gums. Bitesoft insists that I need to practice good dental hygiene which my hygiene never changed in fact probably improved once I wore my aligners as I was so conscious of causing any issues. I have already paid $1,000 of my treatment and asked bitesoft to stop any further payments as I have stopped the treatment due to the damage and pain caused to my gums. I have even told them I will send the aligners back to show I am no longer using their aligners. Bitesoft are flat out refusing and only offering to remake the aligners. I have absolutely 0 interest in wearing their aligners because I am traumatised by the pain I went through and the damage caused. I am now going through my bank and consumer affairs to have my payments stopped! Avoid this company at all costs! They’re money hungry and do not care about their customers! EDIT TO ADD TO THEIR REPLY ON ANOTHER SITE! There are multiple photos showing the damage to my gums - do not try and gaslight me!! This is also not a ‘discomfort’ issue as I fully anticipated my teeth to hurt during the process. This was in fact damage, bleeding, cuts, swelling and bruising caused to my gums which is NOT normal. I also have screenshots of you telling me to stop treatment. You guys honestly just get worse and worse!! As a fellow business owner I can assure you this is not how a good business treats their customers. It’s very clear this is about money for you guys. I don’t wish to keep or use your product due to health and safety concerns yet you think I “chose” to stop treatment after 2 days which again is an outright lie, it was 2 days AFTER trying to fix the issue when I reached out to your team and the problem got far worse as per the photos that were sent to the team!
