A bull-shit company and product. Never have a business them. When we have ordered Blackpods, they charged immediately, but we received product in about a month. During that time they sent couple emails notifying that it is on its way. But when I wrote about the transfer status, I never got the response. After a month from the order we finally receive the product. It was my kid's birthday from his brother. My kids did not like the sound quality. I requested returning instructions immediately (on Nov 13th). Sent the second request on Nov 15th. I got some response from on Nov 21st (after 8 days from the initial request). They asked why I want to return the product but did not provide the returning instructions. I responded that we did not like it and requested again the returning instructions. Again no response from that bull-shit company. I wrote them again on Nov 26th and got another stupid response without returning instruction on Nov 27th. I requested again the returning instructions on Nov 27 and got no response since when. I have never had this kind of horrible experience with any online store.
