Ordered before the Holidays and it took a month for the order to even be processed and shipped, even though their website claims to begin fulfillment within 24 hours -- it took another month for the package to arrive, but it was sent back to the distributor as the unit number on the delivery address was incorrect (this I do take responsibility for).
Emailed the company several times, twice to ask to update the delivery address and check on the status of the order, and once to cancel the order and try to get a refund. None of the emails were responded to.
