Ordered the Black Pod Pro back in March, they finally showed up end of April. They are not true noise cancel like Apple and the sound quality is poor. People tell me when talking on the phone it sounds like I'm under water. Bluetooth connection keep breaking making is annoying to listen to music. The kicker is customer service, they want a video of the issue, how do you take a video of poor sound quality, its a BS way of not allowing returns. As a consumer you should be able to return an item if it doesn't live up to the advertising. Now they have stopped responding. I do not recommend wasting money on these, spend a bit more and get the Apple Ipod pro.
