I ordered the AirPod black pros and they were delivered faulty. They didn’t work properly and customer service wouldn’t help. I asked if there was a way to have them check that, if I did an exchange, they’d send a pair that they know actually works. When I asked that, they stopped responding to me, so I asked a handful of times over a couple weeks. They also refused to post my initial review ...and my second ...and my third. I had to file a claim through Paypal and they finally responded saying they’ll just refund me- but I still have to pay for the return shipping from the US to AUSTRALIA. This company probably sells some good products, if you get lucky and receive them in working condition. If not, they’ll ask you to pay the shipping back and forth for them to keep sending you faulty items until you pay go into the negative. I should’ve paid attention to the YouTube reviews that said to avoid them. The reviews on here looks good, but I didn’t realize Podsbay wasn’t posting the bad ones. Podsbay is a scam.
