I think those complaining about not receiving have just had an unfortunately experience, I would not say this is a scam as I received mine and the recent complaints are probably having issues as it looks like they were shipped from China - so given the pandemic I can understand why delivery is awful. On the otherhand, the product itself... I ordered the blackpod pros. They seemed alright and connected easily. Sound quality is ok I guess... about what I expected for the cost. The issue is that they drop out a lot... not sure if it's just a very poor build or I got a dud... given the majority of reviews I would assume both. I have noticed that the right headphone doesn't seem to charge above 18% and the left above about 80%, so the right one could have something to do with it dropping out. Either way, they are defective and I think the company lack quality control. They also have stickers (which peal off quite easily) where speakers show on the product images on their website... which is false advertising. In summary, even for the cheaper cost... they are a defective product and not worth wasting a penny on.
