If I could give a zero then I would do that. My mother ordered a set for $44 as a gift for my son. She received an email with confirmation of the order and that was it. No tracking number, no product, no response at all. My son tried reaching out with the order number and no one responded to him. Then you have the audacity to send my mom messages offering a $10 gift card. What a rip-off.
