The communication throughout the booking process was very good. When at first, the venue we selected was fully booked, the sales team helped suggest alternative locations. We booked 11 hot desks but wanted to be seated all together in the same office space. As hot desks are assigned on a first come first serve basis, there was a concern that this may not be possible. When we flagged this to the sales team, they were kind enough to upgrade us to a private office space. The offices themselves were based in a very central location, close to all transport links, as well as shops, coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The offices were clean and well decorated, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The office we were allocated did have a leak (from the air conditioning unit) mid-way through the day, but no sooner had this been flagged to the maintenance staff, that it was fixed. The only issue was that our office did not have any external windows, therefore there was no natural daylight. For this reason, I have given it 4 stars. Overall, a pleasant booking experience, and we will opt to use BluDesks in the future!
