The room was comfortable enough and looked exactly as it did in the photos. It was in a good location. However, it was not clear from the address how to get into the building itself and it was difficult to find (I had to ring BluDesks to confirm which flat number to buzz). There were 2 WiFis - 1 was much better than the other (wish I'd known this beforehand as being on the worse WiFi caused some disruption in my meeting). Also there was a HDMI port to the TV which would've been perfect for our Zoom meeting but there was a problem with the lead which meant the sound did not come out. The person who was working next door to the meeting room was helpful but we could not find a replacement lead. Overall, it was ok but a few disruptions meant the meeting did not run as smoothly as we wanted, so I would probably not use this service again.
