Price gouging scam artists AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE Worse customer service around. Had holiday booked with them for 2 went add third person and tried to charge extra £500 on top of the £1800 the other people payed. After talking to them on phone they would not accommodate so cancelled the trip they said they would price match which they would not do the day before as it appears none of the staff communicate or have clue what they can offer. They then informed me they are keeping £300 of my money as it is in there terms and conditions which i was not sent nor did i agree too. Now they have started sending me emails asking for permission to steal my money. EMAIL BELOW "​Thank you for your email and I am sorry that you have to cancel your booking. Please can you accept the loss if the £300 deposit. I can then proceed with the cancellation." Currently talking to bank to get my money back from this SCAMMING COMPANY
