Bluebay were brilliant when they started out but as they’ve grown bigger the personalised service has diminished. Initially they would search for the best deal for you, now they have become the same as the rest. For example I asked for a quote regarding a particular holiday, advertised by Bluebay and asked if that was the best price they could do. They replied they couldn’t get it any cheaper. I then requested a quote from the original holiday company who quoted the same holiday exactly for 10% less than Bluebay. When Bluebay did their follow up call 2 days later I told them the quote I had accepted and they had the audacity to state if I had informed them Bluebay would have beaten the quote given. Too late was the cry…. they are not the best anymore I’m afraid
