Historically I was Head of Events (overseas incentives) for a large corporate and therefore knew a great deal about travel and hotels. This made me anxious about using a travel agent. I should not have worried. Blue Bay are truly exceptional at what they do. Professional, fault free service. The staff are a tribute to the brand. The professionalism demonstrated during the pandemic re enforced my experience. Money refunded in an agreed timeframe 100%. As soon as we could travel after the pandemic the service was still first rate. The value for money is clear to see. To have great customer service harnessed to value for money is rare. I have total trust and respect in this brand.
