Contact with BMS was very positive--the people I spoke with were always polite and helpful.
The reason for the 4 rather than the 5 is that I was only made aware by Copart at quarter to five on the day arranged that collection was cancelled. I then had to ring BMS and then Copart to rearrange a date--I would have expected them to ring me to make new arrangments.
That said, the collection went very well--the driver from Copart rang me in advance of arriving, was very helpful and th whoel thing went through smoothly.
