Hello, my name is Joan Ramos. I've been trying to lose weight since 2016. Doing different types of diet without managing to lose anything. That created anxiety, depression and low self-esteem in me. Hated seeing myself in the mirror and didn't love myself. Other people saw me and said “girl, lose weight, you're really fat” without them knowing that those words hurt me a lot, but I just smiled and said, "That's who I am ."
