My experience with Bodenvy in Winter Park has been amazing. I have lost 27 lbs and expect to lose more. My coach Diana has been key to my journey as she has made realistic suggestions on my eating habits, I can actually do within my busy schedule. We have discussed barriers and she has guided me on how to break through those barriers in a way that works for me. The accountability is key to the success of this program and having a good coach is a huge benefit. Shauna has also been awesome, she has helped me through several treatments- explained very well and has been very helpful in accommodating my schedule to times/days that work out for me. I am very pleased with this program and highly recommend it!!
