I ordered two tea pots from them. I only recieved 1 yet the packing slip said 2 we shipped. The box only contained 1 item. Can't get any response from customer service. Very frustrating. Stay away from this company or buy through a retailer who can refund you if a problem happens. Do NOT buy from their website.
