I am just now learning all the ways to use the body gym. My boyfriend has been doing it too. He is surprised by the challenge and we both are excited to see the results.I had a stroke in November 2019 which left me with left side paralysis. I am able to walk but not confidently. It will take a bit of time to effectively do the exercises but I can already tell that every little bit helps and over time I will be doing the exercises t rebuild my health , mobility, independence, and confidence. I am so excited about this full body gym. I am currently unable to afford gym equipment and this full body gym is amazing. I have already been spreading the news about this amazing product!!!
