Love the BodyGym! Been using it for a year now and just updated the band to a higher weight. With gyms being closed for the last year this has truly been a life saver. I feel I get a great workout. I do two circuits of twenty reps of the upper and lower body exercises and get a good sweat. Can't wait to see what you guys come up with in the future.
