I never received what I originally ordered, I was sent the wrong boots, then told mine had been resent as someone else received them. Those never arrived. This issue took over 6 months to resolve. In the end I got a refund and a pair of boots that I didn’t want. This company was so frustrating to deal with and the lack of communication was very poor.
