Unfortunately I had the worst customer experience with this brand that I have ever experienced. I purchased express shipping on my order and it wasn’t sent for 10 days after I placed the order. When I contacted the brand because my order hadn’t been shipped I was told first it was Covid then when asked why it hadn’t been sent the week before it was the flu. Unfortunately we needed the next size up of the shoes so we sent the shoes back. I had to send email, Facebook messages and Instagram messages to even get a response from the brand. I was given lots of reasons why it hadn’t been sent but still it was never posted. Finally one month after they received the shoes back they sent me a replacement. They did try to make up for everything by sending an extra pair of shoes my choice of colour but then sent a colour that I didn’t ask for. Honestly they lack of communication was horrible. I would never purchase from this brand again.
