I purchased a year ago and they were great! So purchased 3 more pairs of shoes as my toddler had grown and took 2 weeks then just 1 pair arrived in the mail.. no sign of the other 2. Emails to them went unanswered.. logged a refund claim through PayPal which was granted immediately (it was literally within 30 seconds of me lodging.. so guessing PayPal have got auto refunds set up for anyone issuing disputes about this company ad they must know something going wrong). Such a shame as was a great product. I saw the owner a few months ago advising personal emergency hence the issues.. but why 3 months later are you still taking orders/people's money if you aren't able to fulfill? Close your website down or temporarily halt trading.. you are coming across as a scammer.
