They entice you with good offers but don't come through. In my experience, they don't seem to actually read your manuscript. It seems they put them through some auto-correct program and go with that. After they assured me that the manuscript was perfect, I found over 135 errors in it, mostly misplaced punctuation or simply typos. They hold on to your manuscript, making excuse after excuse for not being responsive, from servers being down to project managers miraculous getting promotions during the process. In the time I was with them, I had three project managers, each worse than the one before. They didn't want to do through with the project to unless you paid them upwards of $9,000 extra for their promoting services. They are dishonest, and don't do what they promised. I left with thousands spent and nothing to show for it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
