It's a scam. After 3 months, I got an edited .pdf file. That's nearly $1200 worth. I had a 2 month refund guarantee which was not acknowledged. They tried to up-sell me at least four times which would have added up to $6000. All the 'pros' that I worked with have heavy foreign accents, (Pakistan). They are full of babble and double-talk, never intending to really help the author to publish, but to skin him of all their money. I fired them. Beware!!!
