I honestly struggled alot with producing alot of milk due to, what I believe, was my weight loss surgery that I had 4 years prior to having my Bub last year in December. I wasn't able to eat anywhere near as much as a normal pregnant woman would eat so for me producing milk was a miracle. I had tried everything...cookies and old wives tales etc and nothing worked. Until I stumbled across this amazing product on socials and thought...stuff it, lets give it a shot and...success! My milk supply has not only gone up but I feel its quality has also.
