Bought the PGD ARCH from them. The website had a lead time of 6-8 weeks. They emailed me in a very timely manner and advised how long it was going to take; they estimated as soon as the end of February. A couple days later I got an update that it would ship soon. I was also dreading the hassle of dealing with USPS, but they shipped it priority, which was free. Just a couple days later I have the pot. Courteous and professional. Although the business cannot always have control over supply, they exceeded expectations. The price was very fair as well.
