the reason i give it 2 stars is because i ordered 3 different things all came seperatley, in different shipments about a week apart. there is no reason why it couldnt have come all at once in the same package so it doesnt get lost. i ordered 2 weeks ago and i am still waiting on my last package that hasnt even shipped yet Edit: i have increased to 4 stars because the company reached out to me. they explained they are a drop shipping company and with that naturally are depending on other people to get products out in a timely manner. they are improving their customer expierance and understood my frustration, excelent customer service, very nice lady called and talked to me like i was a normal person. not the usual customer service expierance
