I purchased a backpack for my daughter, she really like it which surprised me (I did not get the pink color). My son wanted one after that so I just purchased a different version for him this evening. I let him pick it out. I would recommend if you are buying one for you teenagers let them help pick out the type and let them watch the videos. As I mentioned before service and quality are excellent.
