You know based on what I was looking for it sounds like this is exactly what I want. What I didn’t like is when I found your website I was told to subscribe to emails and I would get an offer code for 10% off. I subscribed, got the offer code. Bought a bulletproof backpack for my son who is returning to school after 2 1/2 years due to the pandemic. Put in the offer code and was told that offer codes don’t work on certain items. Spending $280 or whatever it was, wasn’t the best news to hear that An offer code sent by your company only works with certain items. A code sent by me subscribing to your website and emails, it’s not like I got it from one of those coupon code websites. I will say I asked a ton of questions to your customer service rep, who responded to every single one of my questions, answered every question that I asked. Was super helpful, responded in a quick timely manner. Was very nice, very professional. And made the overall experience wonderful. Hopefully the backpack never needs to be used what it was made for and purchased for. But it is great to have somewhat of peace of mind.
