What an excellent experience with Butler Direct from start to finish. We used Butler direct for a hen party and booked a cocktail making session with a butler in the buff. Everyone experience was brilliant and we had so much FUN! The prior contact was great and we had quick responses when needing to ask questions prior to our visit. We were quite a far distance but it was no trouble for them to travel to us. In fact, nothing we asked for was any problem and the experience was made perfect with every aspect. On arrival, Oliver promptly set up and we told him the bride was a little apprehensive and the whole night he made her feel at ease and made sure she enjoyed herself. We made 3 cocktails throughout the evening, which we were able to choose from a long list prior to the event. All cocktail ingredients and equipment was all provided for and was extremely professional. Oliver was an excellent host and ensured we all had a fabulous time. He was able to provide some funny games too inbetween making cocktails and it was by far the highlight of our hen weekend. There was no fault whatsoever! A special thank you to Oliver who was professional, fun and outgoing. We will definitely be using Butler Direct again in the future and really appreciated their effort and commitment to providing a special night. Thank you!
