After supporting Cael on TikTok, Instagram, Patreon, and purchasing slots in group readings and then paying for two family members and I to participate in this smaller, three person reading, it was pretty shocking to have the Lead Admin, Blanch, refuse service following this exchange:

(Day of the 2nd scheduled appointment again, received an hour before scheduled time).

Following this I apologized for any miscommunication, explained one of the participants would be traveling out of country, also explained a few other things. (I had been hacked, my identity stolen and initially wasn’t sure the rescheduling was legitimate, and it was further complicated by the Cael O’Donnell site sending me an offer to purchase the taping to my session, which was rescheduled).

This happened twice, and going through identity theft, and much more then all this, well, it’s difficult to know what’s legitimate anymore.
Either way, I didn’t expect to be treated this way following the long-time support I’ve offered, and just being a customer in general. It felt pretty cruel.
