This third party is the absolute WORST you could choose. Do not go with them!!! They will rip you off, take their time 'processing' your paperwork, which in return makes you wait while you continue to pay the next months bill and the ones there after. You cannot view your papers, your status or even get a question answered unless your paying the monthly service fee. I hired an attorney and she was in shock of the paperwork they had me sign, submit and pay for when none of it was necessary for an uncontested case! I have spent thousands of dollars and waited many months if not over a year now for me to have to file the paperwork on my own (which is what you will ave to do after the Platinum experience is complete), all for a divorce that has no children, property or finances that needed to be dealt with.
