I did an experience a few months ago and they lost All photos and videos of the day. We bought an experience for our grandson and again one of the videos didn’t come out atall and photos seemed very poor for the price they were asking (didn’t buy any)
Track was changed and seemed alot shorter and couldn’t really see anything from a spectator point of view. All in all personally don’t think it was good value for money
