I have already sent an email of feedback to explain our disappointment with elements of day which led to my two boys not wanting to complete the experience.
Unfortunately no refund was offered for the sight run, which was a complete waste of money, and a bog standard ‘no refund’ response was given.
Two very disappointed boys.
