Not happy that you insisted on taking my card details with a minimum 5k which could be taken at any time on your judgement even if tho £25 waver fee is paid, if you are insured why go down this line, are we paying your excess? I declined giving my card details on a piece of paper anyone could pick up and use, hence didn't drive any of your cars, I was extremely dissatisfied and will drive the cars using another company. You wasted my morning and my fuel. Have a nice day.
