Impossible to book , then you extend the voucher, they never pick up the phone . You have to make sure that the voucher is in date not only when you book but when you go for your experience. This makes life very tricky as my original voucher was dated August I couldn't find any dates that suited, so I had to extend the voucher. BUT the extension is for 9 months only , so that takes it to May of the next year this means if you were able to book an experience , even if booked before the voucher expired, if it was booked for after May you would need to extend the voucher again.
