Very hard to book a date, paid extra £25 so we could get a suitable date. My son got his first car within 15 min of being booked in which we thought great, we should be in and out within the hour. Over 1 hour n half later he was called for his second car and then about 45 min later for his 3rd, ridiculous, nearly 3 hours we were there & it was pouring down with rain, very unorganised. Went to view the videos & photo's, hardly any decent photos, and in the 2nd car the escort didn't even start the camera. In the 3rd car, the escort spent more time taking over the steering instead of my son, not much of a driving experience. Very disappointing experience. We have got another one booked next month which we've had to pay an extra £20 for a suitable date but I won't be booking anymore!
