We’ve had a box / pendant for about six weeks , my aunt had a fall last night and was on the floor until mid morning, it’s supposed to detect falls , and she repeatedly pressed the alarm . I bought this product for peace of mind , and I don’t think my money has caused you any problems! There are currently no neighbours on hand to go and do a reset , not that an emergency device on which someone’s life or future independence should ever need a reset !. I live over two hours away from her but I know face having to go and reset it , and maybe again the day after if it needs it ! This is not good enough and I will be looking to replace this service !
