Initially my Canon printer would not accept your cartridge. I had never had a problem in the past, with other suppliers of remanufactured cartridges. After contacting you to complain about this, I did receive instructions as to how to make it accept the cartridge, which did fortunately work. However, I could find no reference as to how much ink your 560XL cartridge contained, whilst other suppliers do show the ml content.
