these people are con artists..they came out to look at my sofa..told furniture village a different story or so they say...the told me my cozee leather sofa was leather stretched
and the sofa would need replacing its only 4 months old.
then they sent a report to furniture village saying just ignore the customer.
i never got the report ..from anybody
