The representative came out to rectify my Next furniture. The rocking chair’s arms had sagging material, it is only a year old. The technician resolved issue. The armchair also a year old creaks, the arms are uncomfortable as the frame can be felt through the 1cm foam. This apparently is acceptable tolerance after a year!!! So disappointed in Next will never buy again from there.
