My first order did not arrive from the courier used by Cayrus. So i contacted Cayrusl to tell them the problem. Customer service immediately got back to me. They got in touch with the courier, who confirmed they had no idea where my package was. Megan from Cayrus, then phoned me to say a replacement order would be with me the next day, which it was. The original problem was not the fault of Cayrus, but the customer service was first class.
