I cannot praise Cayrus enough. After we bought a 3m Z-bar (kindly cut to finish size 1.85m ready to fit between oak parquet & carpeted floors), when we first visited in person, we decided to change all door thresholds to match (in champagne finish). This we did on line (after speaking to Sebrina for advice over the phone). All cut to final "ready to fit" size, before dispatch. Promptly received, well packaged. Excellent quality at very reasonable prices. 5 Star customer service. Highly recommended.
