Terrible company, I booked a dancer for a stag do and paid my deposit. They said the dancer would be in touch 3 hours before she was due to arrive. She called and said she wouldn’t be coming and that no one else was available to come. I couldn’t get hold of anyone at celebrate just right to was a write off. Still couldn’t contact anyone the following week on the phone only through email. They accepted full responsibility but even tho no service was provided they refused to refund me my deposit. I have proof of all email exchanges and receipts for the deposit paid and even have a what’s app conversation with the dancer herself to prove she didn’t turn up. This is a terrible company and if your planning on hiring a dancer/stripper male or female then trust me your safer using a different company. This happened in July 2021 so is very recent.
