Good Product - Poor Customer Service. Having previously used Centrapeak, I was emailed about the Black Friday deal, and afterwards a second email with a further discount and code. Excellent I thought, this is a real bargain and a fantastic deal. Unfortunately, my card was declined at the payment stage citing a processing error. I tried another three cards (Credit and Debit ) all with the same error message. As there is no telephone order line, I message Customer Service who replied a couple of days later saying 'the team is trying to fix the error showing in our payment gateway' and once fixed they would notify me and provide a code of equal value. What more could a person want? silence... I messaged after a week, enquiring if there was an update. It's now two weeks since their initial response and still no update. Poor show.
