My engagement with Centrick has been notably unsatisfactory. Following our recent relocation to Arden's Gate in Birmingham, the move-in process has fallen short of expectations. Unfortunately, communication has proven to be a major challenge, with our emails left unanswered and requests for amendments to the inventory blatantly disregarded. Despite multiple attempts to establish contact through phone calls, obtaining a response has become an insurmountable challenge. Additionally, my concerns regarding the living conditions in our apartment, which have been impacting my partner's health—specifically her asthma exacerbated by non-functional extractors—have been consistently overlooked. Even after formally addressing this matter via email, there has been no resolution. In light of my distressing experience, I strongly advise individuals to exercise extreme caution when engaging with Centrick, whether for rental, leasing, or purchasing. It seems that after securing payment, subsequent communication becomes nearly nonexistent, leaving customers feeling neglected and frustrated.
