Absolutely rubbish site the customer service is awful
I purchased a Jacquemus gold bag for a wedding I received the totally different bag it’s cream coloured they refused to send out the right item they asked to send it back . They received the return on 16-10-2024 it says up to 7 business days today is 31-10-2024 they still haven’t given my refund . Waisted my £548 please don’t waste your money on this site
