Backstreet company selling used items claiming they are new. I ordered a bag , the bag was fabric and had a line going down the whole bag because one thread was pulled so bad it couldn’t be fixed. I shipped the item on the 21st Oct and they finally refunded me on 10th November, 21 days to refund is appalling. They also charged me a £20 return fee and didn’t even acknowledge the pictures I sent of the damage. The worst thing about buying from a dodgy company like this is that they will send you a faulty item and charge you a hefty fee of £20 which is deducted from your refund. None of it is your fault, you paid in full for something new, in good condition and instead lose £20 because the staff can’t carry out quality inspections properly. All seems like a scam to me. Buy at your own risk but I have ordered from her twice and each time the items looked like it was used and cleaned up to sell.
