Business practices by this company is shady. They have made the return process so complicated that it is nearly impossible to get a refund from them. I purchased a boot which was oversized. I wanted to return or exchange for another size. I was OK with both options. However, they made every excuse possible to deny the return. When you pay, your money is gone. I also doubt the authenticity of their products. I purchased the same boot from another store which looked better and nicer. Avoid this shop. You can find the same stuff at other shops that do business honestly.
