I engaged Charterhouse after reading the survey report they produced for my daughter, which I found comprehensive and easy to understand. My survey was carried out, and the report received, within the timescale and fixed priced qoted. The surveyor provided a verbal report immediately after the survey and was available to answer any questions that arose from the report. The survey itself covered all aspects of the property, internal, external outbuildings and garden. The report was well laid out in a logical order and easy to follow. Explanations and diagrams of building practises and techniques were provided to assist in understanding any issues identified. Areas that needed attention were clearly identified, classified in order of severity / urgency and supporting photographs provided. I found Charterhouse professional, easy to deal with and friendly in their approach. I am impressed with the service I received and would use them again.
